1. General information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, then we sent you the quantity which is in stock and sent the remaining item as soon as possible when it comes to our stock (this order will have treated as back order) or else refund you the remaining amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Once the back order is ready to be shipped, M.M.I.Publishers will send this by regular Indian postal service mail even in the event of a customer having chosen any other shipping method, since the first shipment will be sent as per the customer's chosen method of shipping.
2. Delivery location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in India only. Any shipments outside of [India] are not available at this time. Indian postal service does not deliver to P.O boxes, always provide a street address for delivery.
3. Delivery time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within  business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on [Sundays]. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
4. Delivery instructions
We are proud to offer such shipping values to our customers, especially when paired with our fast delivery times. In most cases, your order will be processed within 48 hours of your placing it. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 7 -15 business days of processing the order. Shipping times may vary depending on delivery address, delays in payment collection, or product unavailability. We care that you receive your items in exceptional condition. Tracking numbers for orders shipped via Indian postal service take 24 business hours to become active and for orders shipped via regular mail tracking numbers become active between 3-4 business days.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Returns and refunds
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email@example.com] with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
As mentioned in the shipping time, M.M.I.Publishers will hold the order to be processed if there is a lack of merchandise or otherwise. If customers wish to cancel an order, they are required to intimate M.M.I.Publishers either by email to email@example.com or canceling the order through the member dashboard.
Please note that we do not change or cancel an order after shipping.
Here are some helpful guidelines on returns:
1. Always email us first (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you have a problem.
2. Always be sure to report your problem within 15 days of receiving the item in question.
3. Never send a returned item without receiving return instructions from us.
4. Always report any and all problems associated with a single order at the same time.
5. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects.
